Walk or drive to the well-known and quaint Leura Mall, famous for its’ charm. And then there are the famous Katoomba attractions, the Skyway, Scenic Railway and Cableway. Or use Avarest as a base and take the scenic drives to Jenolan Caves or the Zig Zag Railway.

A BBQ is available “wood fuel, it always seems to taste better” in a tranquil level back yard ideal for kids or just relax and enjoy the antics of the feathered locals. Galahs, cockatoos and parrots are more than happy to share the yard with you. Plenty of off street parking is available to accommodate a number of cars.

We are happy to take single night bookings mid week (Sun-Thurs)
Single night bookings may be available for Friday or Saturday nights on a standby basis, subject to availability, and will be confirmed the Thursday evening prior to a Friday arrival, and the Friday evening prior to a Saturday arrival.
3 night minimum booking applies to Public Holiday Weekends. Standby option available for shorter stays.

| Cancellation Policy 1. Should guests cancel up to seven (14) days prior to the time of stay, or, not show up on the booked day of arrival, 100% of the total booking amount is non refundable. The full amount, less any deposit already received will be processed against the credit card number that was provided at the time of confirmation of that booking. 2. Should guests cancel up to twenty eight (28) days prior to the time of stay during NSW School Holidays and NSW Public Holidays, or, not show up on the booked day of arrival, 100% of the total booking amount is non refundable. When a discount package is offered, and the booking is confirmed, the tariff is then fixed at the agreed price. There will be no reduction for alterations made after the agreed discount package has been confirmed.
